OJSC Avantazh investment and construction corporation (Kharkiv) saw a net profit of UAH 1.317 million in 2008, while its net loss in 2007 was UAH 32,000, according to the company. The company's net sales income in 2008 grew by 6.6 times, to UAH 1.589 million, while its total profit rose by 6.4 times, to UAH 1.468 million.


As reported, Avantazh has renovated a portfolio of projects and by February 17, 2009, this included 32 residential and commercial real estate objects under construction, and projects at the stage of pre-development. As of early 2008, the figure was 22 objects
 

In 2008 Avantazh completed the construction of four buildings with a total area of about 50,000 square meters and a trade and business centre with an area of 20,000 square meters in Kharkiv.
